Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

NIOVADE Inc. ("NIOVADE", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through niovade.com, why, and the choices you have. It is written to meet Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, work email, organization, job title and the details you choose to share when you send an inquiry, request a strategy session or the capability deck, subscribe to The Capability Brief, or use the site assistant.

Information collected automatically: basic usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address, used to understand site traffic. Non-essential cookies are only used if you accept them.

Bot protection: forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm you are a person. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser for this purpose only.

How we use it

To respond to your request, schedule conversations, send the resources you asked for, send The Capability Brief if you subscribed, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Messages you send to the site assistant are processed by an AI model to generate a reply. Do not include sensitive personal information in the chat.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Your information is stored with our website and hosting providers and is accessible only to NIOVADE. These providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and only for that purpose, or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and subscription information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business relationship, and then delete or anonymize it. You can unsubscribe from The Capability Brief at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or ask how it has been used. Email hello@niovade.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Québec, the Commission d'accès à l'information.
